Medical services are allowed when patients are bed or home bound because of an acute or long term condition. That is, patients that need special assistance to get medical help. This type of service is not a convenience, it is a necessity. Patients who are normally able to go to the doctor, but because of illness can’t, are qualified.

What if I have an emergency?

If you have a life threatening emergency or some one is unconscious call 911 or go the nearest hospital ER. They may not cover every 911 ambulance transport to the hospital. Many patients and their families have been given bills for non-covered transportation services for thousands of dollars. Call us if you need help.
