Yes we require an agreement between the Patient or their assigned Financially Responsible Family Member or Conservator. It needs to be agreed to and signed before services can be provided. Ask us for the copy of our agreement for your review and consideratiion.
What if I have an emergency?
If you have a life threatening emergency or some one is unconscious call 911 or go the nearest hospital ER. For all other problems you can call us and you will speak directly with the doctor who will ask a few questions and will give you guidance. Medicare is changing. They may not cover every 911 ambulance transport to the hospital. Many patients and their families have been given bills for non-covered transportation services for thousands of dollars. Call us if you need help.
