Preferred Patient In-Home Health Care Solutions
We have treated 1000's of patients. Here's what a few clients have to say
"My eighty eight year old father needed medical help recently, but due to severe pain in his right leg, he was unable to descend the stairway in our house to go to the doctor. Fortunately, we were referred to Dr. Zylstra. He came to our house within a day of our call, gathered the required information for Medicare reimbursement, and arranged for a phlebotomist to come to our house to take lab samples. He also prescribed LidoDerm patches for leg pain which seemed to give Dad some relief. Upon reviewing the results of the lab tests, he also determined that my father had a bladder infection. Dr. Zylstra returned with a prescription which cured the infection." - Clifford Wright
"My mother was in an Assisted Living Facility for the past three years. She passed away in March. Dr. Robert Zylstra helped me through the long days. His professional caring bed-side manor and acts of kindness will never be forgotten. He still calls me now and again to see how things are going - With great appreciation and gratitude." - B. Mansfield
"I was recently forced to place my father (retired Navy veteran) in a memory care, residential facility. He was diagnosed with Alzheimer's/Dementia. His dementia, caused him to become aggressive, in some situations. It also made it difficult to transport him to LA VA Hospital, which was quite a distance from his facility.
As a female, there were some things (physically) that my dad was uncomfortable with me doing. Dr. Z, as everyone calls him, was a godsend to me. My dad had additional health problems, in addition to his Alzheimer's/Dementia, which needed to be addressed. Those conditions would need to be attended to at any given hour of the day or night.
I needed to be available to assist facility personnel, at any time.
Once Dr. Z was hired to handle my dad's mental & health issues, I was able to relax, knowing that my dad was taken care of 24/7. Dr. Z's assistance allowed me to once again be a loving daughter to my father, until he passed away.
Thank you Dr. Z for giving me the opportunity to be the daughter, not caregiver. You are a gift. My words will never completely express what you gave to me and my dad. God bless you and the work that you do." - Felice
Dear Dr. Zylstra,
On behalf of the family of Ann Cassidy, one of your patients, (passed away on April 4th, 2016), I thank you for your compassion and care of our mom. I appreciate especially your being on-call for her needs and your gentleness in your care of her, particularly in her last days. Thank you again, Doctor.
Sincerely, Patricia McPartlin, (daughter)
